Side Dishes – Green Beans, Mashed Potatoes, Corn, Salads

Entrée’s –        “Sliced” Turkey, Chicken Parmesan, Meatloaf, Spaghetti & Meatballs

We will not be able to heat or slice anything!

The Frederick Wrestling Club's mission is to promote interest in the sport of wrestling among parents and the youth of the Tri Town area and to supervise, sponsor and financially assist a disciplined and competitive program of wrestling.





We will strive to develop in the members, the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty and respect for authority and to stress the concept of parents and children working together in all association activities so that the family will be strengthened in the process.

  • Finish as one of the top teams at the Metro State Championships for the season.
  • Finish with several Metro State champions and numerous place winners for the season.
